TRAINING OFFICER

REGIONAL TRAINING OFFICER

The role will be responsible for training and enhancing the competencies of our Visayas employees.

The RTO will help in the planning and the implementation of training programs and workshops in a way that is interesting and useful to our Motortrade employees.

The RTO will be based either in Bacolod or Cebu.

Basic Requirements:
1) A graduate/degree in BS Psychology, HRD, Mass Communication or any related course.
2) At least one (1) year Training experience an advantage.
3) With excellent communication skills.
4) Proficiency both with Microsoft Office or Open Office.
5) Knowledge with e-learning/game based-learning platforms & tools.
6) Excellent planning & time management skills.
7) Ability to convey complex information in a way that employees can understand.
