The position will have primary responsibility towards Learning and Development processes and activities, collaboration towards seamless implementation and execution, across locations. This position will work closely with the Head of L&OD and collaborate with HR and Business teams to plan and deliver Learning interventions to facilitate future growth and development.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with the L&OD / HR teams in preparing Org, BU, and team level interventions, deliver on plan, and follow through to ensure effectiveness of programs.
Build Industry connect, implement best-practices, engage with educational institutions to leverage academic expertise which helps enhance Learner experience and learning effectiveness.
Engage, evaluate, and liaise with vendors, manage vendor contracts, within the scope of the budget.
Responsible for audit and compliance of the training process.
Other projects & responsibilities as identified and created basis organizational need
Qualifications
College Degree/master's degree/Diploma in HR
Experience in Assessment / Development centers.
Competency mapping and development
Behavioral Coach certification / experience
Instructional Design certification / experience
Preferred Technical Skills
Experience with Learning Technology (LMS, eLearning, and learner engagement tools)
Excellent MS Office Skills
Essential Qualification and Work Experience:
Total 3-5 years work experience, with 2+ years in Learning & Development roles
Experience with facilitation on virtual platforms for large audiences.
Manage end to end L&D projects.
