Job Description

We are looking for a Training Officer

The Training Supervisor contributes to TMG's success by supporting the Training Manager in developing and updating training materials, disseminating content and designs, and implementing communication plans to ensure those stores or brands targeted by programs or projects are informed and updated. The position is also responsible in conducting trainings as assigned by the Group Head for Training. The position may be also assigned some field work particularly conducting TNA on technical aspects of the operations that needs improvement.


What you're expected to do

  • Prepare logistical requirements with the assigned training program a day before the program in an accurate, complete, and timely manner.
  • Conduct training program as assigned by the Director of Growth achieving an evaluation score of 90%.
  • Conduct TNA and come up with a report identifying performance gaps in an accurate, complete, and timely manner.
  • Develop a complete and accurate technical training module targeting identified performance gaps.
  • Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the training database with 100% accuracy and completeness.

Who can have a seat at the table

  • Has worked in an F&B industry before preferably in operations
  • Ability to effectively communicate in more formal situations where the subject is more complex / controversial and the audience more varied
  • Able to lead strategy development in own area and contribute to the development of total Company/business strategies.
  • Develops more complex influencing strategies for both internal and external audiences
  • Ability to think and look at the bigger picture when analyzing and solving problems; using appropriate analytical and problem-solving techniques to identify, clarify and resolve complex issues and situations
  • Ability to evaluate risk and make decisions and/or advise others on decisions which have long-term significance
  • Clarifies complex situations and leads strategy development in own area and/or helps others to develop strategy
  • Ability to formulate and execute strategies, programs & policies to improve service and relationships with internal & external customers and business partners
  • Ability to lead and motivate a larger team or groups of individuals where roles are quite diverse and/or quite complex, to achieve a common goal
  • Ability to identify required competencies and developmental programs for his/her department
  • Ability to understand and use IT to improve efficiency and quality of work and decision-making in the Department
