Work Schedule: Rotation Shift
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 120,000
Work Set Up: Work onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree holder.
15 years relevant work experience in Training or Learning.
5 Years managerial work experience.
Willing to start immediately.
Amendable to work onsite.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for annual planning process, demand management, and performance consulting.
Responsible for client relationship, demand, issue resolution, reporting, and new developments.
Responsible for training strategies, talent enablement strategy, and alternative earning methods.
Responsible to identify opportunities and innovation for the client's business.
Responsible for latest innovations and practices from the learning industry.
