TRAINING MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Knowledge in teaching methods and presentation skills
Excellent communication skills (oral & written)- Able to deal with different levels of people
Has a high level of flexibility and maturity
- Must be a graduate of Psychology/HRDM or any related courses. Masters degree is a plus but not required.
Outstanding knowledge of learning theories and training methodologies.- Passion for teaching and public speaking.
Friendly and approachable.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Training Team (consists of Training Assistants, Training Officers, Training Supervisor and Technical Content Creator)
Designing and administering training programs.- Providing expertise in development design.
Identifying training needs and providing recommendations on programs and activities.
- Guiding both Head Office & Branch Operations in developing training skills.
Delivering training programs.- Maintaining records and providing participants with feedback.
Conducting staff training.
