Job Description

Reports to: Call Center Director

PT / FT: FT

Job Summary

Responsible for delivering new hires and Training to support IntelyCare business. Work directly with Call Center Manager, Director, and IntelyCare training team, training internal new hires and current staff members to ensure that all employees are fully trained on IntelyCare policies and procedures, job expectations, and responsibilities.

Job Duties

  • Reviews existing training programs and suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of the organization or the industry.
  • Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
  • Working with IntelyCare Management, maintain a robust training curriculum.
  • Maintains knowledge of new training methods, techniques, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
  • Deliver in-class training to all new and existing hires.
  • Work with the QA team to identify individual and departmental training needs. Identifies problems and opportunities that training could improve, such as operational changes or industry developments.
  • Create and maintain a post-training survey to meet new hire training expectations.
  • Participate in weekly QA meetings across.
  • Develop and sustain positive relationships with internal as well as external customers.
  • Work with and keep sensitive information confidential.
  • Ability to function with a high degree of autonomy, quickly adapt to changes in business priorities and effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to develop, implement and assess performance metrics.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office programs, google docs, and desktop and mobile technology.
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Ability to communicate business decisions clearly and confidently.
  • Possess strong analytical skills.
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • At least two years of experience in training with one year of supervisory experience required.
  • Thorough understanding of training processes.
  • Ability to moderate large groups.

Compensation Package

Basic Salary - PHP 50,000

Allowance - PHP 5,000
