The Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, including category experts. This role involves creating training modules, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure the effective deployment of manpower across various departments. Develop training strategies and programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Design and create engaging training modules, materials, and resources tailored to meet the specific needs of different departments, including category experts.
Conduct training sessions for new hires, existing employees, management personnel, and category experts, both in-person and through virtual platforms.- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Provide support and guidance to trainers and facilitators involved in delivering training sessions.
Coordinate the logistics of training activities, including scheduling, venue arrangement, and resource allocation.- Serve as a resource person for employees and category experts seeking guidance on training opportunities, career development, and skill enhancement.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in training methodologies to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of training programs.
- Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to integrate training initiatives with performance management processes and succession planning.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.- Strong instructional design skills with the ability to create engaging and effective training materials and modules.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, as well as work collaboratively across departments.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools and technologies.
Ability to analyze training needs, assess performance gaps, and develop targeted training solutions.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
