Training Manager

- will handle a team of trainers & ensure delivery of training & new hire classes

- minimum of 3 years managerial exp in a BPO setting

- can accept current position as an Assistant Manager

- 5 years overall exp in Training for

- Telco account (voice) exp minimum of 1 year (non-negotiable)

- mainly reports to Makati but must be flexible to Pasig site

- good to excellent Excel skills (basic formulas and can create PIVOTS/graphs)

- Candidates will be taking 2 Assessments > language profiency (SVAR) & Excel

- Recruitment Process:

Paper screening > Initial Interview w/ TA Director > 2nd level HM Interview & Courtesy Interview w/ TQ Director

- shifting schedule - flexible

- okay w/ observing classes during mid or dayshift

- P115K Max Package (P105K basic + P10k allowance)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100,
