Job Roles and Responsibilities Conducts onsite operational skills training
Also facilitates onsite hub safety and professional knowledge training
Also helps with onsite hub attendance policy training
Handles onsite new system training for the hub
Prepares training program proposals, and also provides reports to management
Help to improve employee operational skills, increase the awareness of operational efficiency and safety to build a capable team
Conducts training of HQ policy and hub policies
Prepare documentation for training programs run for staff
Collects feedback from training participants
Bachelor degree in Business courses, Supply Chain or any related field.
- At least 3 - 5 years related working experience in the Logistics/ Supply chain industry or related.
Certified Professional in training management is a plus.- Outstanding knowledge of learning theories and training methodologies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and public speaking.
Strong teamwork abilities.- In-depth knowledge of staff learning and assessment protocol.
Friendly and approachable.
