Identify the training and development needs of all the departments within the company.
Construct Training Designs aligned with the needs gathered through Training Needs Analysis.
Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results.
Works with the budget allotted for each training program.
Track and assess trainees progress and provide reports to the senior management.
Monitors the onboarding program of new hires in the Ancillary Services and Back Office.
Collaborates with the Training Officers of Ancillary and Nursing Services to ensure the effectiveness and timeliness of training programs.
Facilitates the New Employee Orientation.
Collaborates with the Assistant Human Resource Manager in monitoring the organizational performance management and formulating training programs that will fill in the identified gaps in performance.
Assisting day-to-day training concerns of Nurses and Allied Health Professionals.
Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be delegated by the Department Head, Hospital Administrator, and other Hospital Officials from time to time.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
Required language(s): Filipino, English
At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience specializing Training and Development
Strong research, writing planning, and presentation skills.
Knowledge in using Canva is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
