The Training Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs and events. This individual will work closely with internal teams, trainers, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of training initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.
Assist in the development and implementation of training plans and strategies.- Coordinate logistics for training programs, including ordering of meals, venue selection, and equipment setup.
Communicate effectively with trainers, participants, and vendors to ensure all parties are well-informed and prepared for training activities.
- Manage training materials and resources, including distribution, inventory management, and updates as needed.
Monitor training program progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.- Collect and analyze feedback from participants to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations.
- Assist in the creation of training-related documentation, such as manuals, handouts, and presentations.
Report training activities to accrediting bodies and other relevant organizations.- Open to travel to coordinate training sessions in various locations as needed.
