Seller Development & Engagement Program- Create specialized training and engagement programs for sellers through extensive research and competition scan.
Develop trainings / activities for sales staff through intensive research and company process updates.- Draft and create various modules for specific seller / sales staff needs
Monitor seller/sales group progress and performance
- Determine and track training requests, schedules, and sales activities for the whole year
Assist in the logistics of the set trainings / activities- Seller Events Planning & Management
- Training Collaterals and Needs
Prepare various training collaterals and materials- Maintain training materials / collaterals checklist
- Coordination with Sales Channels and other Departments
Coordinate with all concerning sales channels and departments- Ensure proper communication in terms of training requests, venue reservations and seller invitations
Keeps track of the calendar for the whole year
- Reports and Administrative Functions
Create all-related reports for the Seller Development activities
Graduate of Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Education, Psychology or equivalent
- Preferably with at least 2 years experience in teaching, facilitating of learning, project/client presentations and/or events planning and management but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply!
Willing to be assigned at our Cebu Office at Good Shepherd Road, Banawa Brgy. Guadalupe, Cebu City - Kalea Heights)- Willing to be trained at our Manila Office for 1-2 months (Travel expenses are covered by the company)
