c. Documentation of program materials (proposals, curriculum, manuals, checklists)
a. Set-up of venue
b. Administration of attendance, course materials and evaluation forms
c. Coordination with providers of program logistics
d. Management of feedback and concerns on programs
e. Provision of support to training facilitators
- III. Post Program Activities
a. Report preparation (program evaluation, test results, terminal reports)
b. Maintenance of customer database
c. Management of inventory of training equipment, supplies and materials
d. Processing of program fee collections.
