We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Leslie Corporation Food Service Division. In this full-time role based in Sucat Paranaque City, you will play a crucial part in developing and delivering exceptional training programs to support the growth and development of our employees.
What you'll be doing
- Designing, planning and facilitating engaging training sessions on a variety of topics, including professional skills, product knowledge and company policies
- Collaborating with department heads to identify training needs and coordinate the implementation of tailored training solutions
- Maintaining training records and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to drive continuous improvement
- Providing guidance and support to managers on training-related matters
- Assisting with the onboarding of new hires and ensuring they receive the necessary training to succeed in their roles
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development and expert in Learning Management System.

What we're looking for
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Organizational Development or Education
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate audiences
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify training needs and develop effective solutions
- Proficiency in using training-related software and tools, such as learning management systems
- A passion for talent development and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends
