This is a full-time on-site role as a Training Coordinator at JAC Liner Group, located in Quezon City. As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating training programs for our employees. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing training materials, scheduling and facilitating training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
Training Coordination and Employee Training skills- Experience in Training & Development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in training software and tools
- Relevant certifications or training qualifications
