Compiling the training objectives
- Collaborating with instructors to create written and visual training-related materials
Using learning management software, such as Moodle, to update course materials- Creating and analyzing feedback forms to produce reports on the training outcomes
- Training Assistant Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent spoken and written English- 1 year+ of relevant working experience (organizing workshops and training sessions)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is an asset
Experience with webinar software and e-learning platforms
