Job Description:
XtendOps is seeking an experienced and dedicated Training and Quality Specialist to join our team in a BPO setup. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs to ensure our staff delivers top-notch performance and adheres to the highest quality standards. This role includes evaluating training needs, conducting training sessions, and continuously monitoring and improving the quality of services provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs tailored to BPO operations.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback.
- Perform regular quality audits to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to staff to enhance performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance training and quality initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Training and Quality Specialist in a BPO environment.
- Strong understanding of BPO operations, training methodologies, and quality assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and training software/tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
