XtendOps is seeking an experienced and dedicated Training and Quality Specialist to join our team in a BPO setup. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs to ensure our staff delivers top-notch performance and adheres to the highest quality standards. This role includes evaluating training needs, conducting training sessions, and continuously monitoring and improving the quality of services provided.
Develop and execute comprehensive training programs tailored to BPO operations.- Facilitate engaging training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback.
- Perform regular quality audits to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to staff to enhance performance.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance training and quality initiatives.
Proven experience as a Training and Quality Specialist in a BPO environment.
- Strong understanding of BPO operations, training methodologies, and quality assessment techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and training software/tools.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
