Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate to the employees.- Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and existing staff
Create easy-to-understand training materials and workflows for both technical and non-technical staff.
- Collaborate with team leaders and supervisors to understand detailed job requirements and incorporate them into training programs.
Prepare onboarding plans and training schedules to ensure the smooth integration of new employees.- Oversee and coach employees
Submit reports on performance and progress
- Train new employees on proper customer services and follow procedures
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards Maintains professional and technical- Responsible for monitoring training for new hires. Setting standards to new hires.
Other related duties and tasks as needed and required by the Department being supported.
- Able to formulate and present recommendations to further improve the training requirements within the network
Build training programs from scratch (from the initial idea through planning, implementation, and review outcomes analysis)
