MANAGER - TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT- LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE - TALAMBAN, CEBU CITY
is responsible for designing, developing and delivering training programs to employees in the organization. Additionally, the Training Manager is responsible for evaluating both the employees and the training programs to measure their effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- At least five years of work- related experience handling Training and Development in a Supervisory capacity in a retail or distributorship industry.
A graduate of any four-year degree course.
- With excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
With strong analytical skills.- Excellent presentation skills
Computer literate
- Advance skills in MIcrosoft Powerpoint
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Publisher
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40,- 00 - Php50,000.00 per month
