Analytical: The ability to evaluate training programs, methods, and materials, and choose the best ones for each situation.

Collaboration: The ability to work well with instructors, subject-matter experts, and trainees.

Creativity: The ability to develop resourceful training materials

Instructional design: The ability to create and deliver products and experiences that inform the learner, such as videos, presentations, and animations.

Conflict resolution: The ability to communicate with employees and resolve issues

Foresight: The ability to identify and analyze patterns to determine the outcome of learning strategies.

Patience: Being patient and inclusive because people learn at different speeds and in different ways.

Research skills: Researching relevant methods to ensure learning materials are relevant and inspire engagement

Experience in customer service is a MUST.
