The trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating the training programs and materials for the SharePoint-based knowledge management system, ensuring that the customer's knowledge workers and managers are able to use and benefit from the system. The trainer also provides ongoing support and coaching to the users, and assesses their learning outcomes and satisfaction. The trainer should have skills in training, communication, and SharePoint functionality.
- Qualifications for the Trainer Role
- A bachelor's degree or higher in education, instructional design, communication, or a related field
- At least three years of experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs and materials, preferably in SharePoint or other knowledge management systems
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional methods, and evaluation techniques
- Proficiency in SharePoint functionality, features, and best practices, and ability to demonstrate and explain them to learners
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, and ability to adapt to different audiences and learning styles
- Experience in working with public sector finance customers, and understanding of their business processes and needs
- Certification in Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate is preferred but not required
