Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer at Startek Philippines in Makati & Frontera Verde. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, assessing training needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs on site.

Qualifications

  • Training, Coaching, and Mentoring skills
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in designing training programs
  • Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience in customer service or call center industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, HR, or related field
