Job Description

The job will conduct agency-wide training programs and campaigns under the agency distribution channel, which should ensure the increase in the assigned focus area / specialization under Activation, particularly the end-to-end Agency sales process.

Part of the role is to work hand-in-hand with the territory managers to ensure alignment of execution. The role also participates in the achievement of the company key metrics of the Project Everest strategy.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trainer of all assigned programs and campaigns. Responsible for stakeholder engagement, validation and acceptance by Agency Leaders and continuous improvement. Priority is to ensure a culture of the proper and up-to-date sales process in Agency.
  • Co-utilize data analytics tools and techniques to gather and analyze relevant distribution data. Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making and optimize distribution operations in the territory.
Co-analyze current sales processes and identify areas for improvement to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance distribution satisfaction. Implement process optimization initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and Champions within the territory as well as other Champions in the other territories to understand and align distribution-related needs and challenges. Work closely with HO Champions to align business objectives, identify bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in distribution management. Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the distribution function.

Good presentation skills
  • Understanding distribution channel management and sales management
Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
  • Strong time-management skills and able to work under extreme pressure and tight timelines
Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and analytical skills

Strong attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php35,
  • 00 - Php45,000.00 per month
