Job Description

The Trainer (Local Retail) is responsible for delivering effective training programs to retail store staff within the designated local area. This role focuses on enhancing employee skills, product knowledge, customer service standards, and operational procedures to ensure consistent performance across stores.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager and store managers to assess training needs and develop localized training plans.
Design training materials, modules, and resources tailored to the specific needs of local store staff.
  • Ensure training programs align with retail best practices, product updates, and customer service standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,
  • 00 - Php30,000.00 per month
