We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Account Trainer to join our team in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) setup. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for our healthcare account team members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles.
Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific needs of the healthcare account team.
- Conduct training sessions on healthcare processes, compliance, customer service, and other relevant topics.
Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement.- Provide coaching and support to team members to enhance their performance and professional development.
Collaborate with operations managers and subject matter experts to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Maintain training materials and update content as necessary to reflect changes in procedures or regulations.
Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback to management regarding training outcomes.
Proven experience as a trainer in a BPO setting, preferably within a healthcare account.- In-depth knowledge of healthcare processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse teams.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to deliver engaging training sessions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability.- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Healthcare Management, Education, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience.
