The Trainer is responsible for administering, developing, organizing and conducting training programs for all business units up to the supervisory level. In addition, the Trainer develops and designs training manuals that are necessary for the correct process and procedure application that may help increase the Company's revenue.
The Trainer may also be required to assist the Quality Assurance Analysts when needed.a
Preferably with 2 years and above experience in Adult Education or Training and Development- With 1 year experience in Customer Service, Sales or Debt Collections in the BPO/Call Centre Setting
Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills and has the ability to assess and provide feedback
Ability to analyse training needs to identify deficiencies and foster a learning environment that promotes continuous improvement- Must possess strong problem solving skills
Strong coaching and motivating skills
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
Must be reliable, professional and someone who values teamwork- Can maintain the highest level of confidentiality

Pay: Php30,- 00 - Php40,000.00 per month
