Job Description:
- Develop Training Material: Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and interactive modules, that cover various topics related to electronics, such as circuit design, troubleshooting, and equipment operation.
Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually to employees at all levels, from entry-level technicians to experienced engineers. These sessions may cover topics such as new product introductions, software updates, and safety procedures.- Customize Training Programs: Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of different departments and job roles within the organization. This may involve modifying existing materials or creating new content from scratch.
Hands-On Demonstrations: Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to reinforce theoretical concepts and ensure participants can apply their learning in real-world scenarios.
- Assess Learning Outcomes: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, quizzes, and feedback sessions. Monitor participants progress and provide additional support or resources as needed to ensure learning objectives are met.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of advancements in electronics technology, industry trends, and best practices in training methodologies. Incorporate new information and techniques into training programs to ensure they remain relevant and effective.- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine training materials and delivery methods based on feedback from participants and stakeholders. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall quality and impact of training initiatives.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as HR, engineering, and operations, to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience working in the electronics industry, with a strong technical background in areas such as circuit design, electronic components, and system integration.- Prior experience in training and development, with demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering effective training programs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in training software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.- Certification in training and development or instructional design is a plus.
