Facilitate and conduct training by providing expertise in module management.
- Main records and provide trainee constructive feedback.
Create training materials based on actual data and research for training and production.- Create training strategies, initiatives and materials that both helps employee development on product and processes.
At least 1 year experience in the Training Field and Environment- Excellent comprehension and analytical skills.
Excellent proficiency in grammar and writing
- Excellent Attendance Record.
Must be willing to do shifting schedules.- At least 2 years in college
