Duties & Responsibilities:
Trade Compliance. Manage key requirements on new or changing trade flows to ensure compliance with necessary licenses and special authorizations.
PEZA and BOC Processing. Assist in reviewing and uploading of LOI and LOE records, processing of PH Domestic PEZA Letters of Authority, and interacting with regulatory bodies.
Issue Resolution. Investigate and resolve transportation, trade compliance, service quality and logistical issues.
Coordination. Work closely with internal and external customers, third-party Logistics Service Providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and optimize logistics processes.
Reporting. Meet set KPIs and regularly update and publish assigned reports.
Billing. Provide assistance on freight audit and payment processing.
Vendor Management. Facilitate bidding processes and vendor accreditation and maintain good relationship with third-party Service Providers and business partners.
Process Improvement. Identify areas where productivity and efficiency can be enhanced within Global Transportation processes and provide SMART recommendations.
Administrative Support. Provide team support on other assigned tasks.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, Customs Administration, or a related field (preferably LCB).
Minimum 3 years experience in Transportation and Warehousing.
Familiarity with Philippine Trade regulations, PEZA requirements and Customs procedures.
Knowledgeable in E2M/VASP systems preferred.
Strong negotiation skills.
Experience working with government authorities.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Data Analysis is advantageous.
