Duties and Responsibilities- Act as lead officer responsible for the Traditional Media section of In-Store Media PH.
Supervise multiple integrators on the delivery of the traditional network.- To ensure on-time installations, and quality of work are observed by the integrators.
Generate and prepare reports for stakeholders presentation.
- Internal coordination with iSM teams for content adaptations requests, revisions and others.
Supplier/Printer coordination for materials-related matters and concerns.- Retailer coordination for operations-related matters and concerns.
Assist the operations manager in the administrative tasks.
- o Budget preparations and management
o Performance management Design and propose quality control processes beneficiary to the company.
- Escalate matters to the Operations Manager once deemed necessary.
Other tasks that the operations manager may assign to him/her.
Bachelor's degree on Marketing, Business Management, and or equivalent.- Minimum of 2 years marketing experience or implementation of marketing materials.
Excellent organizational and good time management skills are required.
- Process oriented and must have good Project Management knowledge and experience.
A multitasker, with a proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and excellence-driven attitude.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
Must be Hands-on and willing to do field work if required.
- Willing to travel for work-assignment within the country if required.
Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).- Strong English, written and verbal communication skills is required.
Previous work experience in a multicultural environment would be appreciated.
