Job Summary
- Primarily responsible in developing, collaborating, implementing, tracking and optimizing sales and marketing campaigns of all BSP accredited Financial Product Providers (FPPs) and RBG partner groups with RBG's Sales Segment and other channels.
How will you contribute
- Supports the overall Traditional Cross Sell channel initiatives, campaigns and strategies of cross-selling partners of the bank.
- Assists the Dept Head and Division Head in managing the following RCBC accredited FPPs and their respective products.
- Manage the feedback loop to continuously improve the analytics team modeling efforts to drive continued business impact.
- Tracks and prepares a comprehensive and timely reports to analyze business performance.
- Reviews and monitors the monthly traditional channel performance to track sales performance contributed by Traditional Cross Sell Channel.
- Aims to always increase the Bank's share of the market, revenue improvement, and quality of the Bank's cross-selling portfolio.
- Act as resource expert on bank officer/employee induction or product briefing programs.
- Safe keeps all Cross Selling related documents such as but not limited to FPP MOAs, BSP approvals, Board approvals, product manuals.

- University graduate from a reputable educational institution, preferably of a business-related course or Marketing
- With a background or experience in Sales and/or Business Development.
