Job OverviewThe Trading Assistant's core responsibility will be to support the traders on the floor and their client based work. Also, this position shall be responsible for all administrative and support functions in the Trading department.
Assist experience traders and execute trades on behalf of the Forex Trader;
- Prepare materials for client meetings, including performance reports, portfolio appraisals, and purchase and sales reports, as needed;
Perform monthly reconciliation of monthly activities;- Open, close or execute changes in accounts as needed.
Bachelor's Degree Graduate of Business Administration or related field;- Strong organizational skills and flexibility;
Enthusiasm working and helping internal and external clients;
- Capable of delivering outputs on a timely manner;
Open for fresh graduates;Working Setup: Hybrid.
Willing to report onsite at least once a week (equivalent to 5 times a month) in our HQ located in Legaspi Village, Makati and work at home on the rest of the weekdays; andWorking Schedule: Monday to Friday, 44 hours weekly.
