DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Transaction Management and Control
- Check and examine all transactions/reports of Division and approve accordingly
Coordinate with Marketing Unit for Trade-related issues
- Ensure that accounting entries conform with accounting standard
Maintain good banking relationship with full-service branches and give them the necessary support in the efficient accomplishment of their jobs- Maintain good business relations with various correspondent banks to avail of trade product lines at the least possible cost and BSP / Bureau of Customs to facilitate the release of the bank referrals to said government agencies
- Streamline workforce of the division in order to provide a more efficient and equitable distribution of work
Instill discipline within the Division- Monitor work performance of personnel to maximize work hours and limit overtime work
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure strict implementation and compliance to standard operating procedures, credit policies and external regulations
Monitor accurate and timely submission of reports- Ensure all aspects of Trade Operations Divisions are compliant and audit ready at all times
Comply with existing bank guidelines and policies applicable to Treasury Operations Division
- Bachelor's degree in any business-related courses
At least five years of experience in banking operations, particularly in Trade Operation, with supervisory experience at least three years.
