Responsibilities- Be key contact person for TCP. Work on commercial planning, lead execution, and budget control.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Develop and execute trade marketing plans in alignment with overall marketing strategy.- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of trade marketing activities. Manage trade marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI. Evaluate trade execution with recommendation. Leverage data sources for the entire organization for category/business decisions and actionable insights.
Verify and provide documents to support all trade and marketing claims.
- Build strong relationships with key trade partners and stakeholders and able to lead joint business planning with strategic customers.
Engage cross functional coordination with key collaborative team to drive commercial integration.- Train and support sales teams on trade marketing initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.- Experience 3-5 years in marketing/sales.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales performance data.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office.- Fluent English communication
Able to work with cross function and manage key stakeholder
Experience in FMCG and retailers is a plus.
