JOB REQUIREMENTS :- Graduate of BS in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field
With solid working experience as Trade Marketing Manager preferably from FMCG industry- With strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data.
Thrive in matrix environments and are adept at influencing and coordinating with different stakeholders.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing programs.
Proficient in excel formulas & in analyzing excel data.- Ability to travel as necessary.
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute trade marketing plans that are aligned with the company's overall brand strategy.- Take ownership of, and manage, a customer management business process which ensures effective communication and liaison between Sales, Marketing and other departments in order to optimize key business opportunities.
Develop focused trade strategies for categories in each key account and trade channel. Ensure these strategies are in tandem with brand positioning and potential of the accounts / channels.
- Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and other trade marketing activities.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and in-store promotions to determine whether these meet the Company objectives.- Monitoring of stores and warehouse and managing inventory levels.
Develop relationships with key customers and influencers in the industry to create opportunities for joint marketing initiatives.
- Manage budgets for trade marketing initiatives and track ROI to ensure efficient use of resources.
Execute marketing campaigns and develop promotional strategies based on product features and target markets.- Monitoring competition and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Collate trade Marketing Plan from Sales Team & coordinate these plans with the Brand.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
