Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trade Marketing Manager at INFINITY SPORTS INTERNATIONAL, INC. located in Makati. The Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for market planning, trade marketing, business planning, sales, and analytical skills. The role involves creating and implementing effective trade marketing strategies, collaborating with sales teams to maximize product visibility and performance, analyzing market trends and competition, and developing business plans to drive sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Plan and oversee the implementation of promotional campaigns, trade shows, and events.
- Manage relationships with key trade partners and distributors to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade marketing activities, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop marketing materials, including POS displays, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all trade channels and touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in trade marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in trade marketing, preferably in Distribution or Trading industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
