Key Responsibilities:- Implement and creates sales recruitment strategies
Designs training programs and crafting incentive schemes for sales partners- Monitors productivity of partners and answers concerns
Acquisition and manages corporate partnerships
- Creates/proposes trade marketing activities
Graduate of any 4-year course with at least three (2) years experience in Sales and Marketing, Training, and Recruitment
- Organized and can work in a fast-paced environment
Can communicate confidently both written and verbal, in English and Filipino.
