JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Daily checking of merchandisers daily attendance using GPS Tracc
Daily checking of merchandiser's work plan versus actual itinerary- Log and submission of sales orders to CSDL for processing of orders
Encoding of gathered data of competitors price and promotions
- Encoding of consignment inventory and S.O
Compilation of trade photos/pictures- Safe keeping, monitoring, and updating flyers inventory, tester & marketing collaterals
- Weekly submission of store inventories of other accounts and stock checklist
- Monthly submission of Trade photos of promo execution , new product display etc.
- Monitoring of stores with the inventory and without inventory
- Updating of LS activities implementation
- Preparing needed forms of merchandisers/brand ambassadors
- JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proven work experience as Admin Assistant
- Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
- Solid computer skills, including MS excel (Pivot, Vlook up), Word, PPT
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
- With average typing skills (50-70 WPM)
