THE ROLE Trade Business and WebBuyer Solutions Specialist

=================

We're seeking Trade Business and WebBuyer Solutions Specialist to drive the team who handles products or services to expedite conversion of subscriptions, turning a non-revenue client into business. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth conversion of invoices under Trade Business to minimizing client churn, E-invoicing management, and Identifying the blockers of clients churning the adoption into premium products

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Ensuring the team has leads to process for E-invoicing by constantly following-up sales team.
  • Identify and provide solutions on the bottlenecks of clients experience from trade basic to trade premium
  • To provide solutions on churning of client in the adoption stage moving to premium subscriptions.
  • Includes and addressing shortcomings and analyzing additional requirements of client to provide design creative, effective solutions that align with business goals.
  • This may involve tailoring existing solutions, developing new ones, or integrating various products and services.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks/ projects.
  • You will collaborate closely with internal and external clients, using your expertise to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and client requirements.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed.

ABOUT YOU

=================

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field is often required.
  • Knowledgeable on Six Sigma, Lean or other process improvement tools (Certification is an advantage)
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Solution Owner or similar role in a B2B Marketplace or Marine Procurement industry.
  • Strong understanding of products, and services relevant to the role, with the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of consistently delivering projects on time, on budget, and to high quality.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across various functions.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Develops, implements, monitors and evaluates process improvement ideas/ programs.
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions and exceeding client expectations.
