Trade Admin Specialist

Job Description

Processes orders of trade partners, e-retailers, and marketplaces
  • Monitor in-house stock in comparison with purchase orders to ensure stock utilization versus over purchase
Checks data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Monitor stock inventory and consumables for replenishment
Creates customer accounts in SAP
  • Process order booking in SAP
Editing SO for part-allocated orders
  • Creates Stock Transfer Requests
Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries and ensures 100% fulfillment of orders
  • Maintains and updates sales and customer records
Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Stay up-to-date with new products, prices, and features
Assist the trade team with the implementation of marketing and promotion
  • May be required to perform other related duties as assigned

SKILLS AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Knowledgeable in SAP
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Job Type: Full-time
