Processes orders of trade partners, e-retailers, and marketplaces- Monitor in-house stock in comparison with purchase orders to ensure stock utilization versus over purchase
Checks data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Monitor stock inventory and consumables for replenishment
Creates customer accounts in SAP- Process order booking in SAP
Editing SO for part-allocated orders
- Creates Stock Transfer Requests
Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries and ensures 100% fulfillment of orders- Maintains and updates sales and customer records
Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Stay up-to-date with new products, prices, and features
Assist the trade team with the implementation of marketing and promotion- May be required to perform other related duties as assigned
SKILLS AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Knowledgeable in SAP
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
