Graduate of any business course.- Preferably has experience as Trade Admin, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Receives all pertinent documents such as but not limited to Claims, PWPs, Promotional letters, memo etc. as representative of Trade Admin.
- Receives and checks distributor claims together with its attachments.
Validate claim's accuracy and authenticity versus approved PWPs and policies.- Provide updates per claim status to all Field Sales.
Makes follow up and follow through on Claims with lacking attachments.
- To ensure that all regions and Distributors are within their respective budgets.
Regular communication with Field Sales and other departments to ensure seamless process flow in processing claims.- Can perform other tasks that may be required.
Willing to work in BGC, Taguig.
