Job Description
Reports to the T & E Manager and is responsible for supervising a team of T&E Engineers who are responsible for smooth operations of the Tools and Equipment section consisting of construction equipment, lifting equipment, service vehicles, power generating units, power tools, and other tools and equipment commonly used in the construction industry.
Education And Competencies Requirements
Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
At least 3 years relevant experience in supervising a motor pool consisting of construction heavy equipment, air compressors, power- generating unit, power tools and other commonly used tools in the construction industry
Experience in preventive, predictive and repair maintenance
Must posses excellent technical, analytical and interpersonal skills
Must have good communication (oral and written) skills
