D. Monitors consumption of raw materials according to standard batch usage.
E. Provides Production Plan for the Toll Manufacturers translated from the Manufacturing Order given by PPIC and Sales Planner
- Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinates with the Toll Manufacturers Representatives/ J & F Logistics-Toll Based for the Daily Inventory Report. Ensures that FIFO/ FEFO system are followed in their storage.
- Checks actual production batch output from the previous day and accounts for the total count of the remaining stocks from the Toll Manufacturers.
- Provides consumption, withdrawals, beginning and ending inventory of all raw materials to PPIC, and J & F Finance/ Auditors.
- Coordinates and maintains records of raw materials in the inventory and withdrawal to ensure that records are updated and accurate.
- Provides analysis of the daily/ monthly/ quarterly inventory, volume achievement, deliveries/ received items, and materials consumption and efficiencies to In-Plant Auditor, PPIC, Finance and Toll Manufacturers.
- Refers to the daily production schedule to check the production plan and required raw materials for the day.
- Computes for the raw materials requirement for the given day based on the schedule and standard usage.
- Prepares transfer picklist to withdraw the daily requirements based on the approved clearance.
- Monitors losses/ wastages of raw materials and non-moving materials. Prepares backload advice if necessary.
- Ensures that withdrawn raw materials are transferred to toll manufacturers.
- Prepares Weekly inventory report of all raw materials, finished goods inventory, borrowed equipment, backload materials and work-in-process.
- Coordinates with Toll Manufacturers representative on their explanation of findings/ observations, variances, balances, shortages and consumptions.
- Provides needed truck requirements to Outbound Logistics and justify the needs.
- Align with Research and Development and Quality Assurance on the Technology Transfer, Advise Slips, Quality Advise Notice required to produce new products and its specifications.
- Conduct monthly/ quarterly inventory and encode physical count together with team members.
- Coordinates Outgoing Cargo Notice (OCN) and Incoming Cargo Notice (ICN) to Inbound Logistics (documents internal transfer), responsible to create OCN/ICN in METS WMS portal. If the RM delivery is from J & F C3 Toll Coordinator responsible and provide ICN and OCN, simultaneous sending of update SAP batch numbers.
- Ensures GMP and Sanitation are in place all the time.
- Reports to Toll Head any concerns, shortages, wastages and other issues.
- Participates in toll operation's goals towards volume achievement, accurate services, cost savings solutions, and reduction in losses/ sweepings. Target KPI (key performance indicators) and KRA (key results area)
- Qualification
College graduate of any Business Course
Preferably with at least 1-2 years related working experience.
Has sharp attention to details
Has excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate and coordinate with all levels of employees in the organization.
Has the ability to work independently but can also work with others in a team environment
