Job Description- Responsible in preparing documents for BIR, RD and AO filing.
Responsible in all aspects of Title Transfer Documentation and updating the status of accounts in the masterlist. of daily report updates to keep the Team Leader on track of the work being assigned.- Process the assigned documentation daily tasks worklist within the given cycle time in an accurate and efficient manner.
Responsible in preparing all title transfer Liquidations
- Other tasks that maybe be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
- Graduate of any 4 year course.
At least 3 years of related experience
- With basic computer navigation skills.
With good documentation skills.- With good oral and written skills.
With background in real estate(liaison) is a plus but not required.
- Assigned in Head Office, Quezon City
