Job Description:CruzMotors is seeking a dedicated and versatile Tire Technician who will also serve as our Delivery Person and Battery Installer. This multifaceted role is critical to our operations, combining technical expertise with customer service to ensure our clients receive the best care and timely deliveries.
- Inspect, repair, and replace tires on a variety of vehicles.
- Perform tire rotations, balancing, and alignments.
- Ensure all tire services are conducted safely and to industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of tire services performed.
- Deliver batteries and other automotive parts to customers and business partners.
- Load and unload products safely and securely.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, maintaining a professional demeanor with customers.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivery.
- Install automotive batteries for customers in-shop and on-location.
- Test and diagnose battery issues, providing expert recommendations.
- Ensure all installations meet safety and performance standards.
- Educate customers on proper battery maintenance and care.
- Provide general technical support for automotive repairs as needed.
- Assist in the maintenance and organization of the workshop.
- Keep work areas clean and free of hazards.
- Interact with customers professionally, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Provide clear explanations of services performed and products delivered.
- Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:_
- Proven experience as a tire technician, automotive technician, or in a similar role.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive batteries and tire services.
- Ability to lift and handle heavy automotive parts and equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
