Job Description

Responsible for accurately tracking and recording employee work hours, managing attendance records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Accurately record and monitor employee work hours, including regular time, overtime, and leave time.
  • Maintain and update attendance records, ensuring all entries are accurate and up to date.
Prepare and submit regular timekeeping reports to the payroll department for processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations regarding work hours and attendance.
Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to timekeeping and attendance.
  • Assist employees with inquiries related to their work hours, leave balances, and attendance records.
Coordinate with supervisors and managers to verify and approve employee time records.
  • Implement and manage timekeeping systems and software to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
Conduct regular audits of timekeeping records to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to employees on timekeeping procedures and systems.
  • Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in timekeeping, payroll, or a related administrative role.
Strong understanding of timekeeping principles, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to address discrepancies and issues promptly.

Job Type: Fixed term

Pay: Php16,
  • 00 - Php18,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Las Pias: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

Timekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
