Job Description

Timekeeping and Attendance:
  • Record and maintain accurate daily employee work hours, including overtime, leave, and absences.
Monitor and track employee attendance, ensuring timely and accurate data entry into the timekeeping system.
  • Address and resolve discrepancies in time records in coordination with department heads and HR.
  • Payroll Processing:
Prepare and process payroll based on time records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Calculate wages, deductions, bonuses, and other payroll-related adjustments.
Assist in the distribution of paychecks and resolve any payroll-related issues.
  • Qualifications
  • EDUCATION:
Bachelors/Degree in Human Resource or Psychology.
  • WORKING EXPERIENCE:
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Payroll and Timekeeping.
  • SKILLS:
MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel)
  • Computer Literate
Willing to Train

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php14,
  • 00 per month
