Timekeeping and Attendance:- Record and maintain accurate daily employee work hours, including overtime, leave, and absences.
Monitor and track employee attendance, ensuring timely and accurate data entry into the timekeeping system.- Address and resolve discrepancies in time records in coordination with department heads and HR.
Prepare and process payroll based on time records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.- Calculate wages, deductions, bonuses, and other payroll-related adjustments.
Assist in the distribution of paychecks and resolve any payroll-related issues.
Bachelors/Degree in Human Resource or Psychology.
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Payroll and Timekeeping.
MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel) Willing to Train
