Role Overview:
Manage the T&A systems for FMC globally (Kronos, SAP Employee Central, ADP eTime).
Support the Payroll and HR functions in day to day queries
Ensure relationships are being built with internal stakeholders to maximise support from the field.
Implement projects, drive process improvement, and build relationships across the region.
Reports directly to and supports International Payroll Manager on strategy and reporting.
Be the go-to person within the company for T&A process improvements
Main tasks:
Process:
Maintain and improve current T&A systems in place
Manage backend holiday creation for T&A systems throughout the company.
Accrual of leave balances managed and holiday balance carryover and creation of public holiday calendar for each entity annually.
Adding ad-hoc public holidays as required globally.
Resolving clock connection issues in each global site
Actioning firmware upgrades as and when provided by our external T&A providers
Regular systems health check
Proactive approach to enhancing customer (FMC employees) experience
Configuration of pay rules and absence types in T&A systems
Moving new absence and wage types from configuration, to testing and to production status while liaising with local users to ensure accuracy
Partake and provide technical guidance on ad-hoc projects
Current projects include Kronos UKG transition and EC Time set up for various entities globally at various different stages of implementation.
Any other ad-hoc T&A related activities
Audit:
Manage audit compliance ensuring that both internal and external issues are addressed quickly.
Ensure knowledge of local legislation to ensure the company is compliant in each region we operate

Qualification/ competences:
BA / BS in Finance / Accounting / HR / Business Information Systems
3-5 years of working experience with relevant field.
MS-Office, SAP, ADP and T&A experience essential.
Experience working on T&A systems advantageous.
Ability to learn systems without direction.
