Position: TikTok Shop Specialist
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm (Eastern Time)
Holidays: Philippine Standard Holidays
Salary Range: up to USD 1,600/ month

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and driven individual to join our team as a TikTok Shop Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging TikTok's platform to promote and manage our online shop, driving engagement, increasing sales, and building brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute TikTok marketing strategies to promote products and services
- Create engaging TikTok content that showcases our products in a compelling way
- Manage the TikTok shop storefront, ensuring all products are accurately listed and optimized for conversions
- Monitor trends and algorithms on TikTok to optimize content reach and performance
- Collaborate with the social media team to align TikTok strategies with overall marketing goals
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and reach
- Stay updated on TikTok trends, features, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements

- Proven experience in managing TikTok accounts and/or e-commerce platforms
- Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithms, trends, and best practices
- Excellent creative skills with the ability to create engaging and viral content
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for social media marketing and e-commerce.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools
- Previous experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing
